Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment and you may be subject to a fee.

Cancellations
Since all appointments are reserved for you, we ask that you guarantee all bookings with a credit card. We accept Visa and MC. If you have to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require that you notify us 24 hours in advance. If we do not receive this notification, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled appointment. If there is more than 1 cancellation on file, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled appointment. But trust us you want to be there :)
